 Where dedication to helping you achieve your health and fitness goals through personalized training plans and lifestyle modifications is the gold standard. Having spent many years dealing with a shoulder issue after rotator cuff surgery, in and out of PT clinics with little to no results, I knew there had to be another form of physical rehabilitation that would leave me feeling like I was actually getting better, not just convincing myself for the time being. I was introduced to the world of Neurological Exercise, exercising for your brain and your nervous system, and not just for strength. It was then that my shoulder movement improved, my posture improved, and my anxiety levels decreased.With a background in Exercise Physiology, I blend neurological exercises together with traditional Strength and Conditioning principles, along with proper nutrition, and motivation,we will create results that not only last, but leave you moving better and understanding why.

I use these Strength and Conditioning principles to develop strong, functional muscles that support your activities of daily living, while maintaining proper joint health and joint mobility throughout your progressive personal training program

Neurological Health Coach

 

With a background heavily saturated in Neurological Health, we can exercise the nervous system to alleviate pains, increase joint mobility, even improve eyesight and peripheral awareness, while decreasing nerve sensitivity. With little to no weights involved, by improving your Neurological Fitness, you will notice increased joint mobility, increased energy levels, even better sleep, with decreased levels of pain and anxiety.

*These practices are extremely valuable for those seeking to improve their balance training, or those with Neurological disorders such as Parkinson's, Multiple Sclerosis, Meniere's, and more*

Postural Restoration Coach

 

Having earned a certification with Postural Restoration Institute, a physical therapy tool which helps you better understand your posture, and gives you the tools to better align your axial skeleton, while incorporating the central nervous system through breathing to not only move better, but proper alignment and breathing can decrease pain signals to the brain, as well as decrease anxiety.

*If you suffer from chronic reoccurring pain, these principles can be applied to better understand your posture and body alignment awareness, for improved injury prevention. This is a great method for those seeking balance training*
